  • Advising clients on premium property investment opportunities
  • Guiding clients throughout the full sales process
  • Closing property investment transactions
  • Managing client investment portfolios
  • Following up all sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Researching and reporting on new property opportunities

Overview
  • Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties within required timeframes, demanding exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • You will liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers — strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, are therefore essential.
  • Strong physical and electronic administration skills are required for this varied and interesting role.
  • The ability to write creative advertisements, newsletters, blogs, and brochure copy will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent IT proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
  • Good customer relations skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are key requirements.
  • Experience in — or a willingness to learn — the company CRM system to its fullest capability.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships with clients, the team and developers
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally
  • Excellent IT skills including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Professional yet personable manner
  • An excellent command of English with the ability to draft correspondence and contracts
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread accurately
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a supervised team
  • Going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service in a timely manner
